T Party
I'm a member of the excellent London based T Party Writer's Group. Starting in a1994, this is a London-based genre-oriented group for writers of fantasy, SF, Horror and other forms of fiction. There's a lot of crossover, however, especially as styles and ambitions change.
We meet monthly in Holborn to review each others work, and several of us also meet weekly for writing sessions with Million Monkeys.

Million Monkeys
Million Monkeys is a simple idea: a communal, public writing session, open to all writers. Just turn up, sit down and start writing. That's it.
Meeting in central London weekly (and sometimes twice weekly), there is a web site, but announcements and activity takes place via a Facebook group.
Hope to see you there, but if it's too far to come, just start your own group.
